At Jensen McGrath Podgorny, our attorneys have a long tradition
of successfully representing injury victims and business owners
in a broad variety of
litigation settings. Theses include, but are not limited to,
the following:

How We Work
JMP represents all of its injured clients on a contingency
fee basis. That means that you owe nothing up front. Instead,
JMP will take a percentage of the total amount recovered in the case
as payment.
If, for some reason, the case is not successful, there is
no fee.
In other words, we are paid only if we win. How many other businesses
work that way?
During the course of litigation, JMP will pay for all necessary expenses.
These typically include expert witness fees, copying charges and
travel expenses. As a result, you will not have to use your own money
to fund the lawsuit.
The law does require that clients reimburse their attorneys for litigation
expenses. However, in the event that the case does not succeed, JMP
will not seek reimbursement for those expenses.
