How We Work

JMP represents all of its injured clients on a contingency fee basis. That means JMP will take a percentage of the total amount recovered in the case as payment.

If, for some reason, the case is not successful, there is no attorney fee.

In other words, we are paid only if we win.

During the course of litigation, JMP will advance all necessary expenses. These typically include expert witness fees, copying charges and travel expenses.

The law does require that clients reimburse their attorneys for litigation expenses. In the event that the case does not result in a recovery, however, JMP will not seek reimbursement for those expenses.

We will work to obtain the financial support you will need now and for decades the years to come.
